  • The foundation of what we do.
    Reformer Pilates is strength, toning, and mobility rolled into one. With springs instead of weights, we adapt each move to your level — whether you’re brand new or experienced. You’ll start with simple foundations, then progress to more challenging layers as your strength and confidence grow.

  • Back to basics, anywhere strength.
    Mat Pilates uses just your body (and sometimes small props) to build deep core control, posture, and stability. Every exercise can be scaled up or down, so you’ll always feel in control. As you progress, you’ll notice improved balance, alignment, and strength that carries over into everything else you do.

  • Your personal coaching session.
    Perfect if you’re new, recovering from injury, or just want extra guidance. One-on-one, we take you through the reformer and mat at your own pace, focusing on your specific goals. As you progress, we help you transition confidently into group classes or maintain personalised sessions if you prefer

  • Pilates meets dance-inspired strength.
    Barre combines small, controlled movements with a cardio kick to sculpt and tone. No dance background required — it’s fun, sweaty, and open-level. Barre Fusion blends reformer or mat elements, so you progress with variety, building stamina and lean muscle in a supportive way.

  • Simple, real-life strategies for lasting results.
    We don’t hand you a strict diet. Instead, we help you understand food in a way that fits your life. You’ll start with the basics — energy, balance, and smart choices — and progress to tailored strategies for fat loss, muscle gain, or better overall health. Always realistic, always sustainable.

FAQ’s

  • YES! We allow for all stages of pregnancy in the studio and classes. Depending on your experience level we will give recommendations, modifications and adjustments accordingly.

  • Yes you can! We allow for all parents to bring their kids as long as there is no major interruptions to other clients experience in the class. We also offer a play pen in a class and your babies can be next to you!

    We know how hard it is for mums so we do our very best to accomodate and help you get back into routine

  • Absolutely. Every class is open level. Trainers give you options so you can start simple and build up when you’re ready.

  • Let us know when you book. We adapt exercises to suit you, from pregnancy to past injuries so you’re always safe and supported.

  • Not at all. Pilates is how you get fit and flexible. Many people start at square one and progress step by step.

  • Our reformer studio has only 12 beds, which means small groups, personalised coaching, and no one gets lost in the crowd.

  • Just grippy socks, a water bottle, and yourself. We provide everything else.

  • Most clients feel a difference in 2–3 classes per week. Even once a week can create change — the key is consistency.

  • Yes! Many members add nutrition coaching or wellness treatments (massage, infrared sauna, float) to accelerate results.
