All group classes at SOJO are 50 minutes, open level (beginner to advanced) and have 6 different styles to help for better results, body adaptation and better variety!

Burn | CARDIO

Pilates meets intensity! High-energy cardio reformer session designed to make you sweat. Expect a faster pace that delivers a deep muscle burn, helping you torch calories, elevate your fitness, and strengthen your core

Flex | STRETCH

Release & flow, improve your flexibility, health and muscle mindfulness. The session is designed to quiet the mind and lengthen the muscles. 50 minutes of bliss

Mat | FOUNDATIONAL PATTERNS

Low-impact, focus on core enagagment, flexibility, and body awareness, performed on a mat

Foam & Flow | CENTRE

A revitalising stretch class blending foam rolling with fluid Pilates movements to release tension and boost flexibility
